Dynan offers curated collections of modern clothing. Each piece is designed with intentionality and purpose. Product specifications are provided for informational use and may vary slightly due to the unique nature of our materials and manufacturing processes.
In addition to our core apparel line, we offer a live-patch personalization studio where customers can select pre-designed prints from our catalog to be pressed onto blank garments. Dynan maintains strict quality standards over all garment finishes and patching processes.
We strive to ensure product availability, but we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.
While we strive for perfection, please be aware that minor variations may occur during live heat-pressing. This includes negligible differences in exact placement (pocket, chest, back), scale, and color appearance between digital screens and physical prints.
Garment sizes provided in our size charts are based on standard measurements. However, because each garment is manufactured individually, a manufacturing tolerance of up to +/- 1 inch should be expected. Additionally, different batches or fabric colors may result in slight fit variations.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed with the order at the correct price or cancel it.
We accept Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery with a mandatory 20% advance payment. To confirm and process any order, a minimum 20% advance payment is required via bank transfer or mobile wallet, with the remaining balance payable upon delivery. Full advance payment via bank transfer is also accepted.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Personalized live-patched garments are prepared swiftly and dispatched under standard shipping timelines (3-7 business days across Pakistan).
We ship nationwide within Pakistan through reliable courier services. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Dynan is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Dynan is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We accept returns and exchanges for standard products within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Due to the unique personalization of live-patched garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect in the garment or an error on our part.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Dynan and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
All designs in our curated Drive design catalog are selected, curated, or licensed by Dynan for personalized application on Dynan apparel.
